We also develop complex integration solutions that help our clients establish effective communication between different software systems.

### Requirements

* Experience in the IT outsourcing/outstaffing field - at least 2 years
* Understanding of core programming languages, frameworks, and development processes
* English level - C1 or higher
* Knowledge of best practices in lead generation, use of automation tools, and conducting research
* Experience working with LinkedIn, email campaigns, and phone calls
* Willingness to communicate through various channels: email, LinkedIn messages, calls, video calls, voice messages
* Proactive approach, curiosity
* Self-organization, discipline, strategic thinking, and result orientation


###  Responsibilities

* Build a qualified lead base in accordance with the ICP
* Search for and reach out to new leads via various channels
* Schedule and organize meetings/negotiations
* Run campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone
* Research potential clients’ LinkedIn profiles to identify interest triggers and personalize outreach
* Use online tools and databases to improve conversion rates
* Manage activity in the CRM system
* Track and improve weekly/monthly KPIs
