Sales Manager

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team and drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. IntelliCeed Inc. is a team of highly qualified professionals with proven experience in developing high-load web and mobile platforms. We apply our expertise across various business domains, delivering solutions for the financial sector, healthcare, entertainment industry, and cryptocurrency trading. We also develop complex integration solutions that help our clients establish effective communication between different software systems.
Requirements
- Experience in IT outsourcing/outstaffing sales - at least 2 years
- Proven track record of closing deals with international clients
- Understanding of core programming languages, frameworks, and development processes
- English level - C1 or higher
- Knowledge of best practices in lead generation, sales funnels, and deal negotiation
- Experience with LinkedIn, email campaigns, phone/video calls, and proposal preparation
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Self-organization, discipline, strategic thinking, and result orientation
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and initial contact to closing deals
- Build and maintain a strong qualified lead base in accordance with the ICP
- Search for and reach out to new leads via various channels (LinkedIn, email, calls, events)
- Conduct negotiations, present company services, and prepare commercial offers
- Identify clients’ needs and offer tailored solutions
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Manage and track activity in the CRM system
- Achieve and exceed sales KPIs and revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover
- Continuously research the market and competitors to identify new opportunities
